Emily is a facilitator, sound healer, and space-holder with a background in psychology and a deep devotion to embodied healing. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has spent years guiding women’s circles, kirtans, and community gatherings that integrate mindfulness, voice, and nervous-system awareness.

Her work weaves together sound healing with crystal bowls, drums, and percussion instruments, alongside chanting and vocal practices used to foster connection, presence, and inner regulation. A lifelong singer, Emily uses her voice as a bridge between emotional expression and spiritual connection.

Having traveled to 61 countries, she brings a global and culturally informed perspective to her work, drawing inspiration from diverse healing traditions and ways of being. She has studied multiple energy-based healing modalities over the years.

Emily’s approach is rooted, intuitive, and relational—creating spaces that invite people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience healing through sound, community, and presence.
