1 hour, in person or via video chat. This session is a special gift for your body and mind. Experience deep relaxation as therapeutic grade Himalayan singing bowls are played directly on the body (in office) or over the airwaves (online). Proven to move your body from the sympathetic (fight-or-flight) to parasympathetic (all is well) state in an hour or less.
